Contact form

What data: Name, email address, message text (required fields of the contact form).

Purpose: To handle your contact request.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / initiation of a contract).

Retention: Until your request is fully handled, plus 6 months for follow-up, then deletion.

Recipient: Luca Lengersdorf (studio operator). Form submissions are technically processed by Netlify, Inc. (US-based data processor) under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) per Art. 46 GDPR.

Hosting

The site is hosted statically on a CDN provider within the EU. The provider processes IP addresses only to serve the page (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

Fonts

Fonts (Geist, Geist Mono) load via Google Fonts. This transmits your IP address to Google in the US. If you want to avoid this, block fonts.googleapis.com in your browser.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
