This site is static, sets no cookies and runs no tracking. Personal data is only processed in the following cases:

Inquiry form

What data

Project description and email address (required) plus optional company, requested service and budget range. Technically we also store the browser identifier, country of origin and timestamp.

Purpose

To handle your inquiry.

Legal basis

Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / initiation of a contract).

Retention

Until your request is fully handled, plus six months for follow-up questions, then deletion.

Recipient

Luca Lengersdorf (studio operator). The entries are stored with our host Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers KV) and retrieved from there. If the store cannot be reached, the form instead opens your own email client with a pre-filled message — which only you send.

Hosting

The site is served statically via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The provider processes IP addresses only to deliver the page and to fend off attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest), under a Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Fonts

All fonts (Archivo, IBM Plex Mono) are served directly from this site. No connection to Google servers is made and no data is sent to Google.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise your rights, contact luca@lengersdorfstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
